... for a traditional rustico in an exceptional hillside location above lake garda. the aim of the holistic design concept was to preserve the original character of the house while creating a new sense of mediterranean lightness.

natural materials, warm sand and earth tones, characterful woods and soft, organic forms define the interior, combining italian authenticity with balearic lightness and timeless elegance. bespoke built-ins, carefully selected furniture and a finely tuned lighting concept create a calm and relaxed living atmosphere.

the exterior was developed as part of the same holistic design approach – from the colour and material palette of the façade to the design of the terraces, garden and pool areas. interior and exterior therefore follow the same design language, bringing together architecture, landscape and the view over lake garda to create a harmonious whole.
