we create mood boards, define the look and feel, produce collages and initial sketches for the layout, and develop the style, always keeping the client´s wishes in mind.
starting from the floor plan, 2d views and 3d visualizations are produced, and mood boards are finalized. the collage of surfaces and materials, coordinated with the client, forms a tangible overall concept.
all production plans and the time schedule, along with general specification details and the coordination of details with hand-picked professionals, are worked out. budgeting and an overview of costs are drawn up - after approval the project is implemented.
we maintain constant close contact between our clients and a reliable team of tradespeople we have put together. we coordinate these and are personally present on site in order to ensure correct execution and high design standards with a view to achieving the maximum result.
